The Airaid Performance Air Intake System (452-386) is designed to enhance engine performance by optimizing airflow through advanced cold air induction technology. It draws in cooler, denser air, leading to increased horsepower and torque. This system features all black components, a black powder-coated aluminum intake tube, and an oil-free SYNTHAMAX synthetic filter. The innovative filter design uses layered, low-restriction 3D dry synthetic media for increased airflow and protection from contaminants, and is washable and reusable. The MCAD intake system removes the stock intake track and adds an open-element air inlet protected by cold air dam panels to shield the filter from hot under-hood air.
