The TRD Cold Air Intake System (PTR03-89100) is engineered to boost the performance of your 4.0L V-6 engine by delivering cooler, denser air. This optimization results in increased horsepower and torque, providing superior acceleration and overall power. The system is dyno-tested to confirm its performance benefits. A built-in vacuum indicator monitors the filter's condition, alerting you when it's time for maintenance, thus ensuring consistent performance. This TRD Cold Air Intake System is emissions-legal in all 50 states. It is designed to fit 2010-2011 Toyota 4Runner and 2010-2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser models with a 4.0L V-6 engine. However, some sources indicate potential fitment issues with a 2015 Trail Premium 4Runner, though anecdotal evidence suggests it may fit various 2010-2022 4Runner and FJ Cruiser models. The installation process can take between 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on whether one or two people are performing the task.
