Overview

Enhance engine performance with increased horsepower and torque. The Airaid Cold Air Intake System features a black powder-coated aluminum intake tube and a black SynthaMax filter, designed to optimize airflow and engine performance. This system replaces the stock air box, air filter, and intake tubing, providing a significant increase in horsepower and torque. The innovative design includes an open-element air inlet protected by cold air dam panels, which shield the filter from hot under-hood air, ensuring cooler intake temperatures for improved efficiency. Constructed for durability, the low-restriction aluminum intake tube is complemented by a washable and reusable oil-free synthetic air filter. This filter utilizes layered, low-restriction 3D dry synthetic media, offering excellent airflow while protecting the engine from harmful contaminants. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling and typically completed in under 90 minutes with standard hand tools, making it accessible for most users. The Airaid Cold Air Intake System is engineered for street use, providing a reliable performance enhancement while maintaining ease of maintenance. With its durable powder-coated finish and effective heat shield protection, this intake system is a practical upgrade for those looking to improve their vehicle's performance.
