The BMW Genuine Parts 35002213212 is a performance aluminum pedal set designed for automatic transmissions, offering an improved pedal feel and a significant aesthetic upgrade to your BMW's interior. Crafted from brushed aluminum with high-grip rubber inserts, these pedals provide enhanced foot control and a sportier look. This set includes pedal overlays that replace the stock rubber covers on the brake pedal and install over the factory drive-by-wire throttle pedal. Installation involves drilling and bolting the brake pedal pad to the steel pedal carrier. It is crucial to note that this pedal set is exclusively for automatic transmission BMWs and is not compatible with SMG/DCT sequential manual transmissions. While originally designed for the E46 3-series, BMW has utilized the same brake pedal pad across many models. However, slight variations in gas pedal shapes and sizes may exist, so a careful evaluation of your existing pedals is recommended before installation. The part is made in Italy and is a Genuine BMW quality part.
