The Mishimoto performance aluminum radiator is engineered for the 2G DSM, providing a significant upgrade over the stock unit. Constructed entirely from aluminum with durable, TIG-welded end tanks, it features a two-row, 1.57-inch thick brazed aluminum core for increased fluid capacity and superior heat dissipation. This design maximizes cooling efficiency, boosts engine performance, and is crucial for protecting your engine from overheating, whether for daily driving or track use. This radiator offers a direct OEM fit, requiring no cutting or modification for installation. It includes a magnetic drain plug for easier maintenance and is backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty. Specific fitment includes the 1995-1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GST/GSX and the 1995-1998 Talon TSi, covering all AWD and FWD turbo models. Note that this radiator does not include transmission cooler adapter fittings or a fan. Some users have reported that the Mishimoto radiator fittings may not be compatible with factory transmission cooler compression fittings, potentially requiring alternative solutions for transmission cooler line connections.
