The T-Man Performance 625 PS2 Cam is engineered to optimize power delivery, bringing it on sooner in the torque band while preserving high-RPM performance. This makes it an excellent option for 95-98 cubic inch engine builds that utilize a 10.2-10.5 compression ratio. It has also demonstrated effectiveness in larger displacement motors, catering to riders who prioritize significant torque. This camshaft features a 625 lift and specific intake and exhaust durations of 244 and 246 degrees, respectively, with a 100.5 LSA. It is recommended for 107-117 cubic inch builds, especially when paired with head work and a compression ratio between 10.2-10.6. The 625 PS2 is well-suited for two-up riding and general hot-rodding, providing desirable torque for acceleration and everyday use. Installation of the T-Man Performance 625 PS2 Cam requires specific supporting components. Due to its 625 lift, performance valve springs are necessary. Additionally, adjustable pushrods are required for proper installation in stock Twin Cam heads. For CVO models, while valve spring upgrades may not be mandatory, adjustable pushrods are still a requirement. To complement the cam upgrade, T-Man Performance suggests considering S&S adjustable pushrods, Feuling lifters, and a Feuling Oiling Kit as beneficial additions for optimal performance and longevity.
