The TB Parts performance camshaft is a high-performance upgrade designed for the Kawasaki KLX140. It is engineered to provide more power than the OEM cam, particularly starting around 5,000 RPM and extending to the top end, allowing for higher revs and increased power output. This camshaft is a new component, not a reground OEM part, and comes with its own bearings.

The TB Parts performance camshaft is an easy bolt-on upgrade designed to significantly enhance the power output of your Kawasaki KLX140. This high-performance camshaft is suitable for use with either the stock bore or a 63mm/170cc big bore kit, offering a substantial power increase that begins around 5,000 RPM and continues through the entire rev range. Unlike reground OEM cams, this is a brand-new camshaft, complete with bearings, ensuring exceptional quality and performance. Key features of this performance camshaft include a gain of well over 1 horsepower in stock applications. It is designed to work effectively with the stock cylinder head on both stock and modified KLX140 models. The camshaft is compatible with all years of the KLX140, KLX140L, and KLX140G. When installing this camshaft, please note that the KLX140 camshaft bolts are reverse threaded, meaning they should be turned clockwise to loosen and remove. For proper installation, torque the bolts to 87 inch-pounds and use red thread locker.
