Overview

The BBR Motorsports 411-HCF-1920 is a performance camshaft designed for the 2006-2017 Honda CRF150F roller rocker motor. Developed after extensive testing of various grinds, this camshaft aims to enhance power across the RPM range without sacrificing low-end torque or idle stability.

The camshaft is manufactured to the same specifications as those used by the BBR Race Team and requires no exchange of the original part.

The BBR Motorsports 411-HCF-1920 performance camshaft is the culmination of years of development for the 2006-2017 Honda CRF150F roller rocker engine. Durability testing has been conducted with a variety of riders, from youth racers to seasoned professionals, all of whom have praised its performance. A key benefit is its compatibility with 92 octane pump gas, eliminating the need for specialized race fuel. For maximum gains, BBR recommends combining this camshaft with their 195 Bore Kit and an aftermarket exhaust system. Installation is designed to be similar to the OEM camshaft, utilizing the same valve clearance specifications (.006" Intake, .010" exhaust). Users should refer to an OEM Honda service manual for detailed installation steps. This camshaft is specifically designed for the 2006-2017 CRF150F motor and does NOT fit the 2003-2005 CRF150F or the 2003-2018 CRF230F models. Other piston and valve combinations may require manual clearance checks between the valves and piston.
