The Unitronic 3-inch Performance Cat-Back Exhaust System is designed to enhance the performance and sound of your 1.8 and 2.0 TSI MK5/MK6 Jetta & GLI. This system replaces restrictive factory components with a TIG welded, T304 stainless steel, CNC mandrel-bent construction for optimal flow and durability. The use of T316 stainless steel flanges with a unique V-band fastening system, featuring Clampco® clamps and sealing rings, ensures a precise, leak-proof connection that maintains perfect alignment over time. It employs a straight-through, free-flowing design, packed with high-density, high-temperature glass fiber for superior sound absorption and unwanted frequency cancellation. The system culminates in a pair of striking, mirror-polished 3.5-inch slash-cut exhaust tips, each engraved with the Unitronic logo. The system includes all necessary hardware, such as the axle pipe with muffler, mid-pipe with muffler, V-band clamps, sealing rings, and a reducer. Unitronic recommends pairing this exhaust system with their Stage 1, Stage 1+, or Stage 2 software for the full performance potential.
