Performance Cat-Back Exhaust System 3-Inch T304 Stainless

The Unitronic UH010-EXA is a 3-inch performance cat-back exhaust system designed for MK6 GTIs. It is constructed from TIG welded T304 stainless steel with CNC mandrel bent tubing, aiming to remove factory exhaust restrictions and enhance engine potential. The system features a straight-through, free-flowing muffler design combined with sound reflection and absorption technologies to provide a deep tone while minimizing unwanted cabin noise. Key features include T316 stainless steel V-band flanges for durability and a precise, leak-proof connection thanks to a unique ring-sealed design that prevents flange shifting and leaks. The mufflers are packed with high-density, high-temperature glass fiber and stamped with the Unitronic logo. The exhaust exits through a pair of polished 4-inch slash-cut tips, also engraved with the Unitronic logo. For universal fitment, it includes an OEM-size reducer, with an optional 3-inch adapter available for aftermarket systems or a 3-inch adjustable link for compatibility with other Unitronic exhaust components. This cat-back exhaust system is specifically designed for the 2010-2014 VW MK6 GTI 2.0L TSI. It is important to note that Unitronic also offers a UniFLEX Hardware Kit (UH010-FLA) which is not compatible with the 8Y RS3.
