Performance Catted Downpipe

The 27WON 80mm Catted Performance Downpipe is engineered to be a direct bolt-on upgrade for the 1.5L turbo 11th Gen Civic and 5th Gen Integra, aiming to free up power and improve exhaust flow. By reducing back-pressure, this downpipe helps to increase turbo spool speed and overall horsepower. Key construction details include T304 stainless steel investment cast flanges for both the inlet and outlet, ensuring durability and optimal flow. The 80mm bellmouth opening is CAD designed to efficiently expel hot exhaust gases, contributing to improved turbocharger efficiency and responsiveness. The downpipe utilizes a high-flow 200-cell metallic foil catalytic converter to help manage exhaust smells and emissions. All welds are TIG welded for a leak-free and long-lasting performance. Installation involves reusing the OEM heat shields to protect surrounding engine components from heat. Crucially, new stainless steel support brackets, similar to the factory ones, are included to prevent downpipe failure due to excessive stress. The product is rated with a 4/5 difficulty and an estimated 2-hour install time. It is fabricated in Las Vegas, NV, and comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This downpipe is intended for Off-Road use only and is not street legal for public highways. The installation will illuminate the Check Engine Light (CEL); an O2 sensor spacer or a tune may be required to mitigate this. It is compatible with the optional factory engine block heater.
