Overview

The JLT Performance cold air intake is a high-flow performance upgrade designed for 2015-2017 Ford Mustang GT models equipped with Roush or VMP superchargers. It features a custom-molded intake tube with an integrated 125mm mass air flow (MAF) sensor housing and a high-capacity S&B 5x7-inch air filter to maximize airflow.

The kit includes a roto-molded heat shield and a dedicated fresh air duct that pulls air directly from the grille to maintain lower inlet temperatures.

The JLT Performance cold air intake is a performance-engineered induction system specifically designed for 2015-2017 Ford Mustang GT vehicles utilizing Roush or VMP supercharger systems. By replacing the restrictive factory components with a large 5-inch inlet and a high-flow 5x7-inch S&B air filter featuring 1-inch pleats and a bellmouth base, this system effectively optimizes air density for high-horsepower builds. Technical specifications include a roto-molded heat shield paired with a fresh air duct directed to the grille to minimize heat soak. Please note that this kit is strictly for racing competition use and is not legal for street vehicles; it is not CARB exempt and cannot be shipped to addresses in California or other states that have adopted California emission standards. Installation requires a custom tune to ensure proper engine calibration for the increased airflow. Buyers are required to sign a vehicle compliance waiver upon purchase. This product is intended for closed-course competition and is not suitable for highway or street use.
