The JLT Performance CAI-FMV6-15 is a cold air intake kit designed for 2015-2017 V6 Mustangs. It features a computer-designed plastic intake tube and a large 5" S&B Powerstack air filter. The kit includes a roto-molded heat shield with fresh air ducting to keep inlet air temperatures cool. It offers gains of 8-12+ RWHP and does not require an aftermarket tune, although one is recommended for maximum power.

The JLT Performance Cold Air Intake Kit (CAI-FMV6-15) is engineered to enhance the performance of 2015-2017 V6 Mustangs. The intake features a computer-designed, black textured plastic tube with a smooth 5-inch radius air inlet, optimized for maximum airflow. It utilizes a large 5"x7" (or 5"x8" on some listings) S&B Powerstack oiled air filter with a tapered flange and Powerstack filtered ends for superior filtration and airflow smoothing. A fully roto-molded heat shield and included fresh air ducting work together to ensure the engine receives the coolest possible air, minimizing heat soak. The kit includes all necessary hardware, a silicone coupler, and the filter. While this intake is CARB approved (EO# D-761-2) and does not strictly require a tune for basic operation and power gains, JLT Performance recommends a custom tune to unlock the full potential of the V6 engine and maximize the benefits of the intake system. This cold air intake kit is specifically designed for the 2015, 2016, and 2017 Ford Mustang V6 models. California residents should be aware of the Proposition 65 warning regarding cancer and reproductive harm.
