The Shark Racing 2021+ K5 1.6T Performance Downpipe is a bolt-on upgrade designed to increase power, enhance sound, and reduce turbo lag for the 1.6 turbo engine.

It is available either without a catalytic converter or with a 200-cell race catalytic converter. A tune is required to eliminate potential check engine lights (CELs), which are definite with the decatted version and possible with the catted version.

The Shark Racing 2021+ K5 1.6T Performance Downpipe is a direct bolt-on upgrade engineered to enhance the performance of your vehicle's 1.6 turbo engine. Customers can choose between a decatted version or one equipped with a 200-cell race catalytic converter. The decatted option is priced at $475, while the catted version is $685. Installation of this downpipe requires a tune to manage potential check engine lights (CELs). The decatted version will definitely trigger a CEL, while the version with the race cat may also trigger one. Compatibility is confirmed for models with a 4-bolt flange, as depicted in the product images.
