Performance ECM with AutoTune Module

The ThunderMax 309-460 is an award-winning, performance-driven ECM built as a direct, stand-alone replacement for the factory ECM on EFI-equipped Harley-Davidson motorcycles. At its core, the ThunderMax employs proprietary AutoTune technology and a closed-loop control system to constantly monitor and optimize the air/fuel ratio. With fueling points precisely mapped every 1.5° of throttle and 256 RPM, it ensures smooth and consistent performance across all riding conditions. A built-in barometric sensor automatically compensates for altitude and ambient air variations. Riders can opt to use a pre-loaded basemap with AutoTune managing the adjustments, or utilize the free ThunderMax software to fine-tune AFR maps, ignition timing, startup fuel, idle speed, rev limits, and speedometer calibration. The system also provides robust data collection and diagnostic capabilities. The result is enhanced throttle response, improved rideability, and a deeper exhaust note. The ThunderMax 309-460 is compatible with high-performance cams, turbo, nitrous, and supercharger applications and is engineered, built, and supported in the USA. It includes a 3-Year Factory Limited Warranty. Notice: ThunderMax ECMs utilize 18mm O₂ sensors. Factory exhaust systems typically have 12mm ports, requiring the installation of 18mm bungs (not included) if using a factory exhaust.
