Performance ECU Flash

The Unitronic Stage 1 TCU Performance Software is designed to transform your vehicle's transmission control unit (TCU) for a more dynamic driving experience. This calibration offers distinct driving modes: D-mode is optimized for everyday driving and fuel economy, while S-mode is tuned for faster acceleration. The software also removes the vehicle's speed governor, though it remains subject to the transmission's rotational speed limit. Advanced torque management is a core feature, with calibrations available for limited and full torque levels when Launch Control (AMAX) is engaged. Limited torque settings are ideal for street use, reducing torque in first gear on less-than-ideal surfaces, while full torque settings maximize launch performance on prepped tracks with appropriate tires and drivetrain upgrades. This tune is specifically designed for DQ381.2 gearboxes with BLvXXXX0301 TCU box codes, tuneable via OBD2. Support for newer TCUs (BLvXXXX0401) is in development. If your vehicle has the latter TCU, Unitronic offers ECU performance software suitable for safe use with the stock TCU calibration in a limited torque format until full TCU support is released.
