Performance Electric Lift Pump Kit

The CDD Performance E-Fuel Conversion Kit completely replaces your factory fuel system, converting it to a high-performance electric lift pump setup. The system greatly improves fuel filtration through a dual filter head that includes a 15-micron water separator followed by a 2-micron final fuel filter. Included in the kit are approximately 35-45 feet of -6 push-lock hose, made in the USA by Parker, rated for bio fuel and up to 300 psi, eliminating the need for hose clamps. You can select from Holley Red, Holley Black, or Walbro GSL392(s) fuel pumps based on your needs. The system also features a billet fuel pressure regulator with a Fuelab gauge, a premium CDD return line kit, an injection pump feed line upgrade, and a 40-amp waterproof fuel pump relay with a pre-made harness. A mechanical lift pump delete kit and injection pump feed and return fitting upgrades are also provided. The dual filter head is pre-assembled with the 15-micron water separator preceding the lift pump, which then feeds into the 2-micron secondary fuel conditioner filter. The lift pump is powered by a 40-amp waterproof relay kit with a pre-labeled wiring harness. From the filter/pump assembly, the supply line runs to the engine bay, connecting to the regulator's feed port and then out the outlet port to the injection pump feed using supplied fittings. The kit converts return lines to the late 7.3 style, with provisions for teeing into cylinder #7 & #8 and routing return fuel back down the frame. For 6.9 and early 7.3 engines, the injection pump return fitting may need to be swapped with an included barb 90*. A chrome block-off plate is provided to delete the factory mechanical fuel pump. High-pressure systems are not compatible with stock injection pumps; options are available for up to 130cc, 180cc (Walbro GSL396), or 275cc (Dual Walbro GSL396) pumps. Non-bypass systems require a 5 psi fuel pressure setting; consult your pump builder for bypass systems.
