The BFI Performance Engine Mount - Stage 2 is engineered to significantly reduce excessive engine movement, especially in vehicles with modified engines or software that can overwhelm stock mounts. Standard factory mounts often fail within 10,000 miles when subjected to increased power. This billet and polyurethane replacement mount ensures your motor remains firmly planted, optimizing power transfer to the drivetrain and enhancing shifting feel. Constructed with durable materials, these mounts are built to outlast OEM components. The Stage 2 variant utilizes 85a durometer bushings, targeting enthusiasts who demand maximum performance for heavily modified street cars and track applications. It's important to note that installing Stage 2 mounts will introduce a noticeable increase in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) within the cabin. The kit includes one complete replacement engine side mount along with all necessary installation hardware. This product is compatible with a range of Audi and Volkswagen models, including the Audi 8V S3 Quattro 2.0T, Audi A3 8V (FWD 1.4 e-tron, 1.8T, 2.0T, TDI), and Volkswagen Alltrack, Golf VII (Hatchback 2.0T Gen3, Sportwagen 1.8T Gen3, TDI), and Golf VII R 4Motion 2.0T Gen3.
