Performance Exhaust Cat-Back System

The Rough Country Performance Exhaust System is a dual cat-back upgrade designed to give your 1999-2006 Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 1500 an aggressive, throaty growl and improved aesthetics. This system is specifically tuned to enhance airflow, delivering a distinct aftermarket exhaust note that complements the vehicle's performance. Constructed with durability in mind, the exhaust pipe is made from 409 stainless steel, featuring mandrel-bent 16-gauge tubing for optimal flow. The system is finished with high-temperature resistant, dual-wall 304 stainless steel tips in black, each bearing an RC logo for a more aggressive look. The muffler is also constructed from 304 stainless steel and includes the RC logo. Installation is designed to be user-friendly, with 304 stainless steel clamps provided, eliminating the need for welding and utilizing factory exhaust hangers. This exhaust system is specifically designed for extended cab models with a 6'7" bed and is compatible only with 4.8L and 5.3L engines. It fits 2WD and 4WD variants of the 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500. The installation is estimated to take 2-3 hours. This part does not affect vehicle emissions and is not covered by emissions regulations.
