The Elevate Volvo S80 AWD Performance Exhaust System is a true catalytic converter-back system designed to maximize flow and increase torque and horsepower. Proven gains of +12hp and +15 lb-ft of torque have been measured at the wheels. The system features proprietary muffler and resonator designs, constructed from fully polished T304 stainless steel with quad polished stainless steel tips.

This bolt-on system includes clamps and hardware for easy installation, requiring no welding and bolting directly to the factory downpipe. It is designed to fit both T6 and V8 engines and is compatible with the Volvo S80 (2007-2016) AWD models.

The ELEVATE Volvo S80 AWD Sport Exhaust System is engineered in-house to significantly enhance engine performance by maximizing exhaust flow. This catalytic converter-back system provides measurable gains of +12hp and +15 lb-ft of torque at the wheels, with a reduction of .2 seconds in 0-60 mph sprints. It delivers an aggressive yet appropriate exhaust note for the S80, adding just the right amount of attitude in sound and style. Constructed entirely from fully polished T304 stainless steel, the system ensures long-lasting durability and a premium appearance. It features 3" (76mm) and 2.5" (63.5mm) fully mandrel-bent tubing, along with proprietary muffler and resonator designs tailored specifically for the Volvo S80's engine displacement, flow characteristics, and sound attenuation. This approach optimizes power gains while preventing excessive interior noise or droning. It is compatible with both T6 and V8 engines and the quad polished stainless steel tips integrate seamlessly into the factory bumper opening.
