Overview

It utilizes the largest possible friction plates and an increased number of plates to maximize performance.

Show original supplier description

KAAZ employs larger friction plates and an increased quantity of these plates to achieve maximum performance output and improved durability. The design focuses on smooth engagement and locking ability, leveraging a proven cone spring system that provides progressive resistance as pressure increases. KAAZ differentiates its LSDs by emphasizing overall locking characteristics and responsiveness to accelerator input, rather than solely relying on high initial torque settings. This approach results in stable drivability and a unique smoothness during the transition between locked and free states. The LSD is constructed with improved and larger internal components, enhancing the overall strength of the main body and ensuring long-lasting performance. The LSD kit includes the KAAZ LSD unit itself, a new bearing set (note: not for all vehicle types), a new gasket set (note: not for all vehicle types), instruction manuals, and KAAZ Diff Oil. It is essential to confirm your specific vehicle application on the KAAZ compatibility list, as some vehicles have restrictions that are too extensive to detail here. Contact KAAZ or your dealer if you are unsure about fitment prior to ordering.
