Performance Fuel Injector Set 6.7L Cummins

The Exergy fuel injector set is designed for 2013-2018 late 6.7L Cummins engines seeking increased power and improved drivability for competitive events. These injectors are modified to flow 250% over OEM specifications, utilizing enlarged nozzles created with in-house micro EDM and abrasive flow honing technology. This process ensures a precisely matched set, with hydraulic flow within a 1% tolerance. Each injector is subjected to rigorous quality control, including six separate checks and testing at multiple calibration points. The components are built and calibrated on specialized, in-house designed equipment. Exergy guarantees each set is balanced to +/- 1% and includes a detailed testing sheet. The set comes complete with new Bosch injectors, copper washers, and O-rings. Custom tuning is required to maximize the performance benefits of these 250% over injectors. Due to their custom-built nature, these injectors have an approximate lead time of two weeks. Exergy injectors 150% over and above are built to order.
