Description

The Web Camshafts 36-031 is a performance camshaft designed for hot street, road race, and drag racing applications. This camshaft is a hardweld option, meaning Web-Cam welds a durable alloy overlay to the existing lobe for extreme longevity. This camshaft is suitable for use with turbo applications and is recommended to be paired with performance valve springs. Hardened shims are not required for this hardweld camshaft, unlike reground profiles. It is important to note that all Web-Cam profiles require checking retainer-to-guide seal clearance, with a minimum of .030" recommended. Additionally, rocker arm-to-retainer clearance should also be verified.
