The BAR-TEK 2.0 TSI EA888 GEN.3 MQB Red Ignition Coils are a performance upgrade designed to enhance ignition stability, particularly in modified or high-output engines. Original ignition coils can become a weak point, leading to misfires when power is increased. These BAR-TEK coils offer a solution by guaranteeing a more stable ignition spark, ensuring a cleaner combustion even under high boost pressures. Sold as a set of four, these ignition coils are a direct plug-and-play replacement for the factory units. This simplifies installation and ensures compatibility with the intended engine systems. The red color also adds a visual performance enhancement to the engine bay. The engine compatibility for these ignition coils is extensive, covering several EA211 and EA888 engine generations. This includes the 1.2L EA211, 1.4L EA211, 1.5L EA211, 1.6L EA211, 1.8L EA888 Gen 3, 2.0L EA888 Gen 3, and 2.0L EA888 Gen 3B variants.
