The Bosch 0432193635-IIS injector is a brand-new, performance-oriented upgrade for 1998.5-2002 5.9L 24V Cummins engines, specifically those utilizing the RV275 mid-range injection pump. These injectors are built with 100% new Bosch hardware, bypassing the need for a core charge and ensuring a fresh start for your fuel system. Each injector is calibrated to deliver a 40HP increase over the stock 275HP setup, featuring a 300 BAR pop-off pressure for enhanced performance. This represents an entry-level performance enhancement for the 24V VP44 platform, providing a noticeable boost in mid-range power and throttle response without necessitating changes to the injection pump, lift pump, or engine tuning. Owners commonly report improved mid-range pull and a more responsive throttle, particularly when paired with an existing tuner or mild module. The injectors are direct replacements and cross-reference to Cummins OE part numbers 3944183 and 3944184. These injectors are sold individually; a complete set for a 24V Cummins requires ordering six units. It is recommended to replace all six injectors simultaneously to prevent balance-rate issues and ensure an even idle. Ensure the new copper crush washer is lightly oiled before installation.
