Performance Intake Manifold

The Integrated Engineering IEIMVC1-BK is a motorsport-designed intake manifold engineered to enhance performance in VW and Audi 2.0T FSI EA113 and TSI EA888 Gen1/2 engines. Constructed from durable USA cast aluminum with a black powder-coat finish and a black anodized velocity stack cover, it offers a significant upgrade over the restrictive factory plastic manifold. The manifold features a 2.4L plenum volume for improved airflow distribution and is designed for a direct bolt-on installation, though specific install kits are sold separately. It utilizes O-ring seals for a leak-free installation, eliminating the need for liquid gasket or RTV sealant, and requires no wiring modifications. The runners are also pre-drilled and threaded for water/methanol injection nozzles, offering further tuning potential. Crucially, the IE 2.0T Intake Manifold requires specific ECU software tuning to realize its full potential and to prevent check engine lights (CELs) from the removal of factory runner flaps. Simply installing the manifold without the correct tune may not yield optimal power gains and could result in rough cold starts. Ensure your ECU tuner can provide the necessary manifold software before purchase. Integrated Engineering offers specific manifold tunes for certain applications. This manifold fits numerous VW and Audi models equipped with 2.0T FSI EA113 and TSI EA888 Gen 1/2 engines. However, it specifically does *not* fit B8/B8.5 A4 & A5 2.0T TSI engines with the 5th injector factory aluminum intake manifolds, nor does it fit MK7/MQB EA888 Gen 3 engines.
