Performance Intercooler

The Burger Motorsports high-performance intercooler kit is engineered to deliver consistent, reliable power run after run for the Kia Stinger and Genesis G70 3.3L models. This intercooler provides superior cooling capabilities, leading to more power at the wheels and the ability to maintain that power longer during demanding use. Featuring a dramatically larger core, this kit also reduces pressure drop and improves boost capacity. It is sized to support up to 800 wheel horsepower. A conveniently placed 1/8" NPT bung is integrated into the design, making it ideal for the addition of Water Methanol Injection (WMI) or Fuel-IT Continuous Pressurized Injection (CPI) systems. This intercooler is proudly made in the USA. Its high flow, oversized design includes larger end tanks and a larger core to effectively prevent heat soak. Installation is straightforward as it is a direct replacement for the OE Kia Part No: 282703L210. Power gains can vary based on specific boost levels and operating conditions, but average around 10 wheel horsepower. During back-to-back runs where heat soak is a significant factor, the performance improvements can be substantially higher. The BMS intercooler core measures 24"x11"x3.5".
