This intercooler upgrades the factory unit with its all-aluminum cast end tanks and a robust bar-and-plate core design, which significantly increases airflow and lowers intake air temperatures. This contributes to reduced turbo stress and extends the overall life of your turbo system. The Mishimoto Duramax intercooler boasts a larger core than the stock unit, designed to support substantial boost pressures and lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs), making it beneficial for both stock and modified 6.6L engines. The construction utilizes heavy-duty cast aluminum end tanks for durability. It is available in Sleek Silver and Stealth Black finishes. Installation difficulty is rated as Hard.
