The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler is a direct fit upgrade for the 2015+ Ford F-150 EcoBoost. It offers a 10°F (5.5°C) reduction in intake air temperature and a 77-percent increase in internal core volume over stock. Constructed with all-aluminum, TIG-welded bar-and-plate design and CNC-machined inlets and outlets, this intercooler is built for strength and maximum heat transfer with minimal pressure drop.

The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler is engineered to significantly improve the cooling efficiency for your 2015+ Ford F-150 EcoBoost. This direct-fit upgrade provides a 10°F (5.5°C) reduction in intake air temperatures and boasts a 77-percent increase in internal core volume and a 163-percent increase in external fin surface area compared to the stock unit. These improvements help to alleviate heat soak, providing cooler air for better performance and increased tuning potential. Constructed from all-aluminum with a TIG-welded bar-and-plate design, this intercooler features CNC-machined inlets and outlets with ridges for secure hose connections. The internal fin design is optimized for maximum heat transfer while maintaining minimal pressure drop. This robust construction offers greater resistance to the elements, making it suitable for both daily driving and high-boost applications. Installation difficulty is rated as medium. This intercooler is designed to fit with stock and Mishimoto 2.7L and 3.5L intercooler pipe kits, as well as stock intercooler fans without modification. It is available in Sleek Silver or Stealth Black finishes and comes with the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
