Performance Intercooler for SAAB 9-3 2.0T

The do88 SAAB 9-3 2.0T 2003- Performance Intercooler is engineered as a direct replacement for the original OEM intercooler, offering significant performance advantages. Developed by do88, this all-aluminum intercooler boasts a core volume that is 86% larger than the stock unit, with a 63% higher airflow capacity at a 0.15 bar pressure drop. It also achieves an 18°C lower post-intercooler air temperature under the same conditions. This intercooler features a construction with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core to maximize cooling efficiency while minimizing pressure drop. The hose connections are increased to 2.5 inches (63mm) from the OEM 2.25 inches (57mm) to further improve flow, and the kit includes silicone hoses to replace the original inlet and outlet intercooler hoses. The all-aluminum construction enhances reliability, especially at higher boost levels where OEM plastic tanks may struggle. Designed for the SAAB 9-3 Sport Saloon, Sport-Hatch, and Convertible models from 2003-2011 with B207 engines (1.8t, 2.0t, 2.0T Aero), this intercooler comes with all necessary hardware for installation, including brackets for the radiator, AC condenser, and air guides. Buyers can choose between Blue, Black, or Red hose colors, as well as select the appropriate gearbox option (automatic or manual) for their vehicle. While a direct fit, it is recommended that the vehicle receive an engine software tune to fully realize the performance gains over the OEM intercooler.
