It features TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks, increasing core volume by 94% and external fin surface area by 74%. The kit includes 3-inch inner diameter aluminum pipes for optimal airflow and a redesigned piping merger manifold for improved flow from the turbos.

The Mishimoto Kia Stinger GT Performance Intercooler Kit (MMINT-STNGR-18BK) in Black is engineered to significantly enhance the cooling efficiency of the 2018-2023 Kia Stinger GT 3.3T models. This high-performance upgrade revamps the entire intercooling system, from the turbocharger to the throttle body, to improve airflow and maintain optimal engine temperatures under demanding conditions. It replaces the stock tube-and-fin core with a larger Mishimoto bar-and-plate core, boasting a 94% increase in core volume and a 74% boost in external fin surface area for superior heat dissipation. The kit features TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks and upgraded 3-inch diameter aluminum pipes, which minimize pressure drop and maximize airflow. The redesigned piping merger manifold further optimizes flow from the turbos, with a 51% increase in flow capacity right out of the turbos. Key features include 5-layer silicone couplers for secure connections and compatibility with stock recirculation valves. This intercooler kit has demonstrated power gains of up to 8 whp and 8 wtq on a stock tune, with additional gains of 6 whp and 8 wtq achievable on a Stage 1 tune. It also effectively reduces intercooler outlet temperatures, by 29°F on a stock tune and up to 41°F on a Stage 1 tune.
