The DO88 BIG-260-P is a performance intercooler kit designed to upgrade the cooling and airflow systems for specific Volvo SPA chassis models. This comprehensive BigPack includes the do88 performance intercooler and a matching pipe kit, engineered for enthusiasts with high horsepower goals seeking the ultimate upgrade. The accompanying pressure pipes are manufactured from seamless aluminum, with diameters of 63mm (2.5”) and 70mm (2.75”). Significant advantages over the OEM intercooler and pipes include a core volume that is 62% larger and an airflow capacity that is 39% higher at a 0.15 bar pressure drop. This kit replaces all components between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, leading to substantial improvements in airflow and cooling.
