Performance Intercooler Set

The CSF Radiators 8194 is a performance intercooler set engineered for high-performance and race conditions. Constructed with Formula-1 performance grade cores from PWR, featuring a 2-row core with rolled tubes and inner fins, the CSF 8194 offers superior cooling capacity compared to OEM units. The end tanks are CNC machined from billet aluminum, providing enhanced durability and reduced weight over cast aluminum. The intercooler is 100% TIG welded, a significant upgrade from the OEM style gasket and crimped end tanks, ensuring greater longevity under high boost pressures. It utilizes OEM style inlet and outlet connections for a precise fitment with existing components, and the raw billet aluminum finish adds a premium look. This intercooler set is made in the USA at PWR North America. Performance gains are noted as +20 WHP / +18 WTQ for Stage 1 (stock tune) and +10 WHP / +20 WTQ for Stage 2 (with a high-performance tune), as compared to OEM intercoolers with same-day dyno testing by VF Engineering.
