Description

The Fabtech K1161 is a 6" RTS® Lift Kit with Performance Shocks for 2020-2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD and GMC Sierra 3500HD 4WD diesel models. It features a heavy-duty design with 1/4" thick steel components, extended length ductile iron steering knuckles, and oversized tie rods. The kit includes 4" tall rear lift blocks and extended length twin tube Performance Shocks.
