The B2 Fabrication Ram 1500 Performance Muffler Upgrade is a direct-fit exhaust modification engineered for 2019-2026 Ram 1500 trucks equipped with either the 5.7L Hemi or 3.6L V6 engine. This upgrade is compatible with all wheelbases, cab configurations, bed sizes, and factory exhaust setups, including single or dual exhaust systems. It also specifically fits Ram 1500 Hemi models with the factory GT Exhaust. Constructed from thick-wall stainless steel tubing, this system features mandrel-bent and welded components for enhanced durability and optimal performance. It is designed as a direct replacement for the OEM muffler, clamping seamlessly into place after a single precision cut behind the factory muffler. The installation is straightforward, typically taking 30-45 minutes with basic tools. Users can select from three distinct sound levels: the Moderate Oval Muffler provides a low rumble, slightly louder than stock, ideal for daily driving and towing. The Aggressive Round Muffler offers a higher tone and more bark, approximately 40% louder than stock, though it may exhibit some drone at certain RPMs. For maximum sound, the Muffler Delete option provides an intense, raw exhaust experience by removing the muffler entirely. While primarily focused on sound enhancement, it may also provide a moderate increase in horsepower and fuel mileage due to improved exhaust flow. Optional Resonator Delete Kits are available to further increase volume and elevate the tone.
