Performance Muffler w/ Power Valve

It features a unique internal Power Valve system. In the closed position, the valve blocks exhaust, forcing it through all three chambers for a deep sound. When opened, it allows for a less restricted flow, acting like a straight-through muffler for a more aggressive note. This results in an 8-10 decibel range difference from closed to open. It has a double offset configuration with a 2.5-inch diameter offset inlet and outlet. The dimensions of the case are 12.5" long, 9.75" wide, and 4.25" high, with an overall length of 17.75". While designed as a universal fit muffler, BBK specifically notes a correct offset for 1979-2004 Mustang V8 models. Modifications may be required for fitment on other applications.
