Description

It features a unique internal Power Valve system. In the closed position, the valve blocks exhaust, forcing it through all three chambers for a deep sound. When opened, it allows for a less restricted flow, acting like a straight-through muffler for a more aggressive note. This results in an 8-10 decibel range difference from closed to open. It has a double offset configuration with a 2.5-inch diameter offset inlet and outlet. The dimensions of the case are 12.5" long, 9.75" wide, and 4.25" high, with an overall length of 17.75". While designed as a universal fit muffler, BBK specifically notes a correct offset for 1979-2004 Mustang V8 models. Modifications may be required for fitment on other applications. BBK Performance will not be held responsible for consequential or incidental damages or labor charges related to installation issues, including products that do not fit correctly.
