The Improved Racing performance oil cooler kit is designed for the 2005-2013 C6 Corvette. It offers massive cooling capacity with a custom-built, triple-pass oil cooler that is lighter and allows more airflow than the previous cooler. This kit lowers peak oil temperatures by 30-50°F. It is streetable due to a built-in oil thermostat that allows engine oil to reach safe operating temperatures faster.

The Improved Racing performance oil cooler kit provides a substantial cooling upgrade for the 2005-2013 C6 Corvette, significantly reducing oil temperatures during track use. This kit features a larger, custom-built, triple-pass Setrab Series 1, 65-row oil cooler that offers improved cooling efficiency, airflow, and oil capacity compared to the factory setup. Peak oil temperatures can be lowered by as much as 30-50°F, essential for preventing engine damage and oil starvation under demanding conditions. The kit includes professionally assembled, lightweight -10AN oil lines constructed with a Viton rubber interior, stainless reinforcement to prevent kinking, and a protective silicone-fiberglass sleeve for header heat resistance. These lines feature hard-anodized aluminum dual swivel fittings for durability and ease of installation. Installation involves a direct bolt-on process, though minor cutting of the factory radiator shroud is required. A laser-cut acrylic template and instructions are provided for a precise fit. The oil cooler adapter is equipped with a 1/8" NPT sensor port, allowing for the installation of an aftermarket oil temperature or pressure sensor. The thermostat is available in three ratings: 180°F (recommended for street use and wet sump vehicles), 200°F, and 212°F (recommended for racing applications and dry-sump vehicles). This kit is proudly made in the USA and comes with a Lifetime Warranty.
