Performance Pac Level 1 Cold Air Intake System

The ROUSH Performance Pac Level 1 is an engine upgrade package specifically designed for the 2019-2020 Ford F-150, including the Raptor model with the 3.5L High Output (HO) EcoBoost engine. This system aims to unlock the latent power within your vehicle's 3.5L EcoBoost engine by combining a high-flow cold air intake with a performance re-tune. The included cold air intake features a washable and reusable performance air filter that does not require oiling, and it is engineered using OEM CAD data to ensure a perfect fit. The accompanying tune provides high-performance throttle and boost mapping, which has been dyno-tested and track-proven to significantly increase horsepower, torque, and throttle response across the entire RPM range. This Performance Pac adds up to 71 horsepower and 73 ft-lb of torque, depending on the stock engine configuration. It greatly improves airflow by reducing intake restriction compared to the stock system. The calibration is optimized for 93 octane fuel, though it remains compatible with lower octane fuels, albeit with reduced power output. Installation is designed to be straightforward, allowing for a quick software installation using a standard J2534 re-flash interface (not included) and the ROUSH Diagnostic Tool (RDT) utility. A 3-year/36,000 mile limited ROUSH powertrain warranty is included for peace of mind. While the software installation is easy, dealer service charges may apply.
