The MODE Design Performance Port Injection Manifold with Intercooler V2 is an ultra-premium component manufactured by a leading global intercooler manufacturer, ensuring quality, reliability, and proven performance for your B58 engine. This manifold boasts a significantly larger and more efficient intercooler core from Wagner Tuning, offering a 117% larger radiator volume compared to the OEM unit. The construction features alloy end tanks with integrated flow diverters and an evo dual-pass design, utilizing a fully sealed, gasket-free aluminum construction. It includes ports for port fuel injection, with recommended injectors being EV14K Body (Bosch Shorty), and comes with a fuel rail that features 8AN ORB fittings. Additionally, there are six secondary ports for nitrous or meth injection (1/8 NPT) and three auxiliary 1/8 NPT ports for accessories such as boost reference. The OEM oil filter remains accessible, and the manifold is available in either an Unfinished Bare Aluminum or Thermal Black finish. Applications include various BMW models with the B58 Gen 1 engine, such as the 2016-2019 M140i (F20), 2017+ 240i/iX (F22/F23), 2016+ 340i/340iX (F30), and 2016+ 440i/440iX (F32/F33/F36).
