Performance Radiator 5.9L 6.7L Cummins Diesel

The SPELAB Cool Radiator is engineered as a direct-fit performance upgrade for 2003-2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models equipped with either the 5.9L (2003-2007) or 6.7L (2007.5-2009) Cummins diesel engines. This radiator aims to outperform and outlast the factory unit with enhanced durability and cooling efficiency. Internally reinforced end tubes, particularly at the vulnerable outer corners, and revised end tanks with fiber reinforcement contribute to increased strength and longevity. SPELAB employs special aluminum brazing techniques in its manufacturing process. Furthermore, a proprietary rubber gasket is integrated to manage thermal expansion and contraction, a common point of failure in OE radiators. The mounting points have also been upgraded and strengthened for a secure, factory-location installation. Key technical specifications include a core width of 27 inches, a core height of 29-1/4 inches, and a core thickness of 1-5/8 inches. Both the inlet and outlet connections measure 2 inches in diameter, matching factory specifications.
