Performance Radiator with Oil Cooler

The DO88 WC-180 is a performance-oriented, all-aluminum radiator engineered for Volvo 850, S70, V70, and C70 models produced between 1994 and 1998. This radiator is designed to replace OEM part numbers 8603770 and 8603768. It boasts a 100% aluminum construction with a 40mm thick core and a tighter 6mm tube spacing compared to the factory 8mm spacing, enhancing its cooling efficiency. This radiator features an integrated oil cooler for both the engine and the automatic transmission oil, which can be connected using the original oil hoses. A significant benefit of upgrading to this DO88 radiator is the elimination of cracking mounting brackets, a common issue with the OEM radiator, especially when installing heavier aftermarket intercoolers. It is a direct bolt-on installation in the factory location. While designed for automatic transmissions, the WC-180 can also be used in manual transmission vehicles by simply leaving the transmission cooler connections unused. The product includes the all-aluminum radiator, and users will need to reuse the screw clips and bushings from the original radiator. It's important to note that DO88 recommends using only OEM Pentosin NF or original Volvo coolant. A thorough flush is required if any other coolant is currently installed, to prevent voiding the radiator's warranty.
