The Oettinger rear diffuser offers a significant visual upgrade for the rear of the Volkswagen Golf 8 GTI, delivering an aggressive motorsport-inspired look through its pronounced diffuser ribs. Crafted for performance styling, the unit has been aerodynamically optimized via wind tunnel testing to ensure functional design integration. It is supplied in a primed finish, ready for painting to the customer's preferred color, with a gloss black finish highly recommended for the best visual impact. Installation requires specific bonding materials, including adhesive D-172-200-A2 and cleaner D-009-401-04 or 91% Isopropyl alcohol, which must be sourced separately. Please note that this product is not compatible with vehicles equipped with a trailer hitch (tow bar). Additionally, the diffuser does not fit GTI "Clubsport" or GTI "Clubsport 45" trim models. It is compatible with the standard GTI end muffler or other aftermarket GTI exhaust systems with a maximum pipe diameter of 112 mm.
