The King Racing CR4104XP STDX is a set of performance rod bearings. These bearings are constructed with an enhanced tri-metal composition, featuring a copper-lead construction with a nickel plate barrier and a lead/tin/copper Babbitt overlay over a steel backing.

They are particularly suited for use with forged steel aftermarket crankshafts.

The King Racing CR4104XP STDX is a set of high-performance rod bearings engineered for demanding applications. Constructed with King Racing's innovative Xtreme Performance Max Black Tri-Metal materials, these bearings feature a robust copper-lead layer, a protective nickel plate barrier, and a lead/tin/copper Babbitt overlay applied over a steel backing. This unique construction process, known as SecureBond, offers a 24% stronger overlay and 17% increased fatigue strength compared to standard bearings. King Racing emphasizes precision, maintaining wall thickness tolerances as tight as +/- .0001 inches. Furthermore, the XP-Series rod bearings are narrowed on the crank cheek side and feature increased crush height for enhanced bearing-to-bore contact, improved heat transfer, and reduced spin potential in high-rpm scenarios. These bearings fit applications requiring a 1.5mm oil hole and offer .001 inches more clearance than stock.
