The BDS Suspension Performance Series 2.0 IFP shocks are engineered to significantly enhance both on-road comfort and off-road capability for your Truck or SUV. The precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum body not only provides a durable, rust-resistant finish but also aids in heat dissipation. Key internal components include a race-developed, high-flow damping piston and a 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel shaft. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) design is crucial, as it separates the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas, preventing aeration and ensuring consistent damping performance even under demanding conditions. The extended length is 24.82 inches, with a compressed length of 15.7 inches, and they provide a rear lift height of 0-1.5 inches. It is important to note that these shocks are designed for the 1997-Up Y61 and 1988-1997 Y60 Nissan Patrol models. Crucially, these shocks **does not fit leaf spring models**.
