Performance Series 2.0 Rear Shock Absorber

Its 2.0-inch impact-extruded, clear-anodized aluminum body is designed to resist rust and dissipate heat more effectively than conventional steel bodies, ensuring consistent performance under demanding conditions. This shock features an external reservoir that increases oil and nitrogen capacity, contributing to better heat management and a striking race-inspired aesthetic. The components, including the reservoir mounting clamp, are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a black anodized finish. The shock shaft is constructed from a 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel, paired with a race-developed high-flow damping piston and application-specific valving for maximized performance and a predictable ride. It also incorporates a redundant sealing pack system for durability. This rear shock absorber is designed for a 0-1.5 inch rear lift height and has a travel length of 8.62 inches. It is specifically engineered for the 2005-2025 Toyota Tacoma models, including Pre Runner, X-Runner, TRD Pro, Limited, SR, SR5, TRD Off-Road, TRD Sport, Trail, Trail Special Edition, and Trailhunter trims. Additionally, it fits the 6-lug version of the Tacoma.
