The Hybrid Racing shifter cables are a performance upgrade replacement for stock OEM cables. These cables are made specifically for B-Series AWD cars and feature solid rod ends and spherical bearings, unlike OEM rubber components. They also include machined and anodized billet end links, a stainless steel core and guides, and a high-heat, wire-reinforced sleeve.

These cables replace the stock rubber components with solid rod ends and spherical bearings, providing a significantly firmer and more connected shifting sensation. This enhanced feel leads to fewer missed shifts and a more direct feedback loop to the chassis, crucial for demanding driving conditions. Constructed for durability and performance, the cables feature machined and anodized billet aluminum end links and mounting bushings, which are then black anodized and laser etched with the Hybrid Racing logo. The core and guides are made from stainless steel, while the sleeve is high-heat, wire-reinforced and rated up to 225°F with a maximum bend radius of 5 inches for optimal longevity. The core is also permanently lubricated. It is important to note that these are not a direct replacement for standard OEM shifter cables. They are specifically created for customers using a B-Series All-Wheel-Drive transmission in conjunction with the Hybrid Racing TSX Shifter or the OEM Honda/Acura TSX shifter. Furthermore, an OEM Honda B-Series AWD transmission cable bracket is mandatory for installation; these cables will not function with aftermarket or modified cable brackets. The kit includes two shifter cables, cotter pins, clips for the transmission end, and new hardware for the shifter cable mounting plates.
