The Hybrid Racing Performance Shifter Cables are a direct replacement for your stock OEM cables, designed for the ultimate shifting performance in the 2003-2007 Honda Accord V6 and 2004-2008 Acura TL V6. These cables feature solid rod ends, a permanently lubricated core, spherical bearings, and aluminum end links for a firmer, tighter feel. They are heat resistant up to 225°F with a maximum bend radius of 5 inches.

The Hybrid Racing Performance Shifter Cables offer an elevated shifting experience for 2003-2007 Honda Accord V6 and 2004-2008 Acura TL V6 models. They serve as a direct upgrade over stock OEM cables, providing a noticeably firmer and more precise connection to the transmission. Constructed with robust materials, these cables feature solid rod ends and spherical bearings for enhanced durability and feel. The core is permanently lubricated, and the swivel support tubes are upgraded stainless steel, replacing the weaker plastic OEM components that are prone to breaking. Additionally, all rod ends and mounting bushings are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser-etched with the Hybrid Racing logo. These aluminum bushings not only aid in installation but also reduce flex, contributing to a more positive shift. However, due to the extensive interior panels in the Accord and TL, this increase is generally minimal. This kit includes two performance shifter cables, cotter pins, clips for the shifter end, and new hardware for the transmission bracket mounting plates. The OEM center bracket and cable seal will be reused. Note that 2007-2008 Acura TL Type-S models utilize a different bushing than earlier 2004-2006 Sport models, which is inserted into the spherical rod end on the transmission's Front-Back lever.
