The Mishimoto MMTS-S2K-00 is a racing thermostat engineered to enhance your Honda S2000's cooling system performance. This performance thermostat activates at a lower temperature of 60°C, initiating coolant flow through the system earlier than a stock thermostat. This proactive flow helps maintain lower, more consistent engine temperatures, especially under demanding driving conditions. Designed as a direct fit for the 2000-2009 Honda S2000, the Mishimoto racing thermostat aims to improve overall cooling efficiency. By allowing the engine to reach its optimal operating temperature quicker and then maintaining it more effectively, it helps prevent overheating and potential performance degradation associated with high engine temperatures.
