The Gearhead Tuning SCT Custom Tune provides enhanced performance for your Powerstroke 6.0 Liter Turbo diesel. Developed over years of R&D, these tuning files aim for a clean, powerful setup that drives exceptionally well without excessive smoke or wasted fuel. These tunes are built to be used with industry-standard SCT devices, including the X4, BDX, and Livewire programmers. Gearhead offers various package options, including those for stock injectors with different performance levels like Tow, Street Race Lite (SRL), Street Race Lite Plus (SRL+), and Street Race Lite Extreme. Options for upgraded injectors are also available, with files tailored for different injector sizes and fuel parameter adjustments. Specific tune levels include Tow for maintaining stock fuel parameters and enhancing shift firmness, ideal for heavy towing. The Street Race Lite (SRL) series offers improved response, low smoke, and significant power gains for daily driving. For those seeking more aggressive performance, SRL+ and SRL Extreme offer increased power output, with the Extreme tune maximizing performance from the stock turbo and fuel system. For ultimate power, the Street Race Lite Super Extreme tune requires a turbo upgrade and specific fuel system support. Important compatibility notes: The ECU must not be masked or reverted to stock (e.g., Blessed / HCKIDP). E-Series and Vans are NOT SUPPORTED.
